Apply for Funding

Requests for grants may be made by writing a concise letter outlining the intent and purpose of the project or program signed by the President or Chair of your organization. Application to the Reeves Foundation does not guarantee funding.  Together with the application form, the following must be included:

• Contractor estimates and/or purchase orders detailing cost of project.

• Current evidence of your organization’s ability to receive funds from a private foundation under the provisions of the IRS Code, Section 501(C)(3).

• Annual budgets and current financial statements.

• Indicate in your letter if funds for this project have been or will be requested from other  foundations or organizations and the names of those organizations.  

• Include contact information (name, address, phone and email).

Once you have received your grant and completed your project the Reeves Foundation requires written confirmation to include receipts of expenditures of the amount granted for the purpose of the grant. Failure to provide confirmation may result in the disqualification of future grant requests.
